For arrivals a day later or departures a day earlier we will charge one night. The reservations through web’s agencies we cannot accept directly cancellations or changes it needs to be done through them. If cancelled and modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled and modified later the first night will be charged. For reservation of 6 or more nights and for 3 or more rooms the cancellation is required at least 14 days before arrival date. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. We only accept directly changes and cancellations wrote by e-mail or by fax (not by phone) for the reservations through web’s agencies we cannot accept directly cancellations or changes it needs to be done through them. All the bridges, the periods of Easter, Christmas and New Year you should ask for the minimum period of stay. Trade Show ”Pitti Uomo”: mid-January and late June, you should ask for the minimum period of stay. Children and extra beds All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. Pets Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.
