Rates and Breakfast Information
Price shown are per room and include all taxes and the use of air conditioning or heating 24h.
A complimentary breakfast on the first morning of the stay is included (excludes last minute deals and non refundable deals) when booking a minimum of 2 nights stay.
All extra breakfasts can be requested with the reservation form, upon check-in or during your stay, but always at least a day in advance.
City tax of € 5,50 per person per night is not included and will be added to the room bill and must be paid in cash.
Payment, Check-in and Check-out Information
We will not debit any amount to the credit card used to secure your reservation, however we will usually pre-authorize the card with the amount for the first night of your stay around 20 days prior to arrival date. This transaction will freeze the amount for 20 days, but you can ask for it to be cancelled upon payment for your stay.
For Non Refundable reservations, the total amount will be debited upon receipt of the reservation. Non Refundable bookings are non modifiable. Cancellation and / or modification of this type of reservation will result in the charge of the total amount of the reservation.
Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Union Pay
The day of your arrival, rooms are usually ready for 14:00, however should you arrive earlier you can drop your bags off at reception from 10.30, previously informing the reception 24h before your arrival.
Check-out is at 10.30.
Our reception is open from Monday to Sunday from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.
The opening time might change during Natrional Holidays or check-in.
Knowing your time of arrival in advance is highly appreciated as to organize your welcoming in advance.
After 7pm is not possible to check-in
In case of exception we can foresee a late check-in with an extra of €40,00, the late check-in must previously approved by the reception which reserves the right not to accept it.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations or modifications to your booking should be requested in writing by email or fax.
No modifications are accepted to the booking during your stay.
For arrivals a day later than requested or departures a day earlier we will charge the total amount night.
For reservations made through agencies, all cancellations and modifications need to be sent through the agency.
If cancelled and modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified from 15 days before the date of arrival, the whole amount of the reservation will be charged. No-shows are charged the total reservation fee.
No modifications are allowed during stay.
For bookings of 4 rooms or more we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking, the balance within 30 days before arrival. The cancellation costs 50% of the reservation until 30 days prior to arrival. From 30 days prior to arrival date the cancellation and / or modification will result in full payment of the booking.
For cancellation on the day of arrival the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
For Non Refundable reservations, the total amount will be debited upon receipt of the reservation. Non Refundable bookings are non modifiable. Cancellation and / or modification of this type of reservation will result in the charge of the total amount of the reservation.

Minimum stay
Throughout the year we usually request a minimum stay of 2 nights.
However we sometimes accept stays for one night. Contact us for more information and we will be happy to accept your reservations if possible.
During long holidays, Easter, Christmas, New Year and Pitti Uomo (middle January and middle June) minimum stay required may be longer. Contact us for more details.

Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children from 2 years are paying €20,00 per night
Pets
Pets are allowed on request and with an extra charge of €15. Pets must not be left alone in the room.
Parking facilities
Garage Michelangelo is located in Via Ricasoli at nr. 28 and is just 200 metres from Relais.
Prices are from 30 euros per day depending on car type.
No reservation is needed for our guests when parking there.
